The Zoo full of 1st Graders

Brayden and I had so much fun on his field trip to the Hogle Zoo with all the 1st graders at Westside. I'm grateful that I can switch off babysitting with Kathryn Stitt, and for Bryan and Helga and Melody Weston and Candace Carter who have made it possible this year for me to be able to go on field trips and help in Brayden and Adelyn's classes. I love being involved in their lives and I love knowing their teachers and friends!! Brayden and I had a blast at the zoo.

Wow riding with a bus full of 1st graders was interesting, fun and loud...I had a headache when we got home, but it was well worth it!!

Everyone just loves Brayden. I'm glad you have so many good friends and that you are such a good boy!!

The kids had so much fun looking at all the animals. Brayden was so excited to see the Lion and can you believe it, there isn't a Lion at the Hogle Zoo. And they call them selves a zoo. Sorry Brayden!

Ahhh lunch is always good!!!

I love you Brayden and I'm glad that we are buddies!!

That picture of you and Brayden is darling!!! We share the same excitement with being invovlved in our kids lives. Isn't it a blessing to be HOME and to be able to go and be with them. The field trip looked like so much fun and Becca good job braving all the first graders on the bus! ;-) I know Brayden loved the one on one time with his mom! I bet Addy is going to be so excited to have you on her fieldtrips next year too!
P.S. Tell Brayden we will take him to see a LION in Ohio!! LOL!

becca, your family is soo cute! i love reading your posts.
just thought i'd pass along the info about my friends digi scrapbooking class, in case you are interested. i think you can still do it if you want.

The class will be held at Springville High School on June 10, 12, 17, and 19th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

That basically means 8 hours of instruction and “playing”, over a two week period. I know some of you won't be able to due to work/school/family but I wanted to invited you anyway. The cost is $40 for the 8 hours.

Since the community class booklet had already been sent out, the lady in charge told me that we would need to advertise on our ownl. The lady in charge would like us to have a class list with at least 10 people by this Sunday, May 11th.

If you would like to join us in this class, please contact me and we can figure out how I can get a check from you (made out to SHS or Springville High School). I can only put your name on the list once I have a check.

Zoo trips are so fun. I get to go to Jacob's field trip next Thursday to the zoo, and I get to bring Ben and Peyton too.
