White Chocolate Party Mix... my all time Favorite!!!

I just had to share this amazingly incredible recipe. It is easy and soooooo tasty! It's seriously one of my very favorite treats! The Kids love helping me make this. You can buy M&Ms in all colors, so it can be holiday oriented. It's so good. I hope you guys enjoy this!
White Chocolate Party Mix

5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex
1 – 10 oz. bag pretzels
2 cups peanuts M&Ms
1 lb. M&Ms
2 – 12 oz. bags white chocolate (vanilla) chips
3 T. oil

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, put white chocolate chips and 3 T. oil. Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Line cookie sheets or your counter top with waxed paper. Pour mixture onto waxed paper and let set up. Note: If it is too hot outside or in your house, you will need to put it in the fridge to set up.

For a full recipe, I use the huge Tupperware bowl—it makes quite a bit. . Also, when you buy the vanilla chips, make sure the bag is 12 oz.—some of them are smaller. You could also make it with vanilla bark, which is cheaper.
