Kolby is 2 months old!

I can't believe Kolby is 2 months old now! In some ways if feels like he's been in our family for much longer than that, but then time is flying too. He's growing up so fast it's incredible. Kolby now weighs 12 lbs 3 oz and is changing so fast.
Kolby is a wiggle worm. He loves to move his arms and legs and loves to be cuddled!!!
I'm grateful for such a pleasant baby. Most of the time he is really good, of course there are some fussy times, but he's an amazing baby. He's even sleeping better at night now too, which makes a huge diffrence for me!! Yay!!!!!Kolby is alot stronger now, he loves to hold his head up and sit up against a pillow. He loves to look around and loved to be loved. If he's feed and doesn't need to be changed he's amazing.
He's smiling more and more and sometimes he even laughs!! It's quite contagious!! I love it!!
Yup, he's definatly filling out! I hope he's getting enough to eat! j/k ;)

Kolby loves his swing and his bouncer and loves being held. He loves his big brother and big sisters. The older kids love to help take care of him and help mommy, Thank goodness!!! Just last night as I was getting the kids ready for bed Adelyn was having a rough time and I needed to help her, she was crying, Kolby was crying and Brayden just observed that I needed help and went over and picked Kolby up and got his pacifier and started talking to him and totally made him happy!!! Thank you sooo much Brayden!!! This happens alot in our home. Brayden, Adelyn and Sophie are amazing older siblings and my big helpers!! They just love Kolby to peices!!! We are lucky to have such amazing kids.

I love all of Kolby's hair. It's fun. He's starting to loose some in the front, so we'll see if he starts looking like an old man soon.... We love you Kolby!!

My Haircut

Ok, So I decided to get my hair chopped off. It's been along time since I've had short hair and if feels good. Sometimes a change is good and I'm enjoying it. Adelyn took these pictures, pretty good huh?!!?

Family Basketball Games!

I love this picture!!!! We have family basketball games regularly in our home, the kitchen in a perfect court;) These pictures were taken on Family Night, we played for our activity!! What fun!!!

Brayden is a little Baller. He has always loved playing sports, when he was 18 months old he was shooting and making them in our little 4 foot basketball hoop. He's got quite a shot! I love seeing the excitment in his eyes!! He reminds me so much of his daddy!!

LeGrand is obviously the "best around" ;) but he always helps everyone have fun. I love watching LeGrand play sports, it almost makes me mad because he is just so good at everything he does. For example, I played Volleyball in High School, and I love it, I try to play as often as I can, except of course when my back went out and when I'm pregnant.... so we will get a coed group together and play, even if I've been playing every day and he hasn't touched a volleyball in years, he still whoops me. I'm just glad he's usually on my team. It's fun to play sports together.

I do think LeGrand has a slight advantage here;) Go Brayden!!!

Everyone is getting involved. What fun!!

There are always alot of cheering and high fives going on when we play. Whenever anyone makes a basket we all cheer!! It's cute!!

Kolby just can't wait to join in on the fun!!! It won't be long kiddo.

I'm so glad when Daddy comes home!!!

"I'm so glad when Daddy comes home..." Our kids love it when LeGrand gets home from work. I love it that he gets down and plays with them. The kids think that Daddy is so much fun they love playing with him, can you tell?!?!

I Love seeing our family all together. When Daddy is home life is so much better. I really appreciate all that he does for me from loving us, playing with the kids to helping me around the house. I'm a lucky girl!!Sophie loves her Daddy!!!!

Our Weekend with the Ras's

Dad Ras and Liz came up last weekend and we had a blast. They came up for the BYU vs. UNLV Basketball game and we were happy to spend time with them too.

We all love Grandpa!! He's the Best!!! The kids think that jumping off the stairs at Great Grandma and Grandpa Ras's house is so fun. The cool thing is that we(my siblings & cousins) use to do that when we were little. It was great until you got too tall and hit your head on the corner of the ceiling (huh Joel;)) ok I never had that problem, but I felt bad for those who did.

Grandpa was there cheering them on. It's so fun to see my dad playing with my kids. Dad your the best!!! Thanks for being incredible!!!

Ok, now we are watching the basketball game at the Ras's house. Adelyn was so cute, she asked me at the beginning who Aunt Liz was cheering for and I told her UNLV, so during the whole game every time Brayden yelled, "Go BYU!!" Addy would follow it with a loud, "Go UNLV!!" It was really cute.

Adelyn is such a good big sister. She adores Kolby!! Man look at those cheeks, I don't think we are feeding him enough!;)
LeGrand looks so natural with a baby in his arms, or kids on his shoulders or on his lap. I'm grateful that he is such an amazing father. We are lucky to have him as the head of our home.

Sophie loves being a BIG girl and holding Kolby ALL BY HERSELF!!!!Sometimes he doesn't look very comfortable though. I was trying to tell her to hold him so that his head was up and not slouched forward..... So now here she is trying to help Kolby look up at the camera.

Cute Picture, Kolby is saying HI! ;) This was Kolby's first Sunday going to 3 hours of church. He was wonderful, and now we are just hopeing that he can stay healthy. So Sunday after church we went up to the Ras's house again and had dinner and played games, Meridee and Lind and Cam, Joel & Beth and their kids, and Megan & Dan and Maggie were there along with Dad Ras, Liz, Chris and Paul. We had a blast!!

When Liz gets home from her mission Kolby will be running around everywhere. He will be almost 2. That's kindof crazy to think about!!

The Cousins have so much fun when we get together, the only thing that would make it better would be to have all of the cousins together! We miss you Ethan, Brynlee, Hailey, Karli, Bridger, Angeli and Nicole!!

Ok so Liz and Dad flew to Utah with Chris's dad. We went to the airport to see them off, the kids thought it was the coolest thing ever to see the Noorda's plane.
The kids keep talking about the airplane. It was fun to see them off. (Liz was even able to fly the plane on the way home, Lucky;))
