At least you don't have to worry about her having to go every time you go to the store like I do with my kids.Jaimehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17998057301368703450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690351158527053116.post-16610434760580437442009-02-26T22:42:00.000-07:002009-02-26T22:42:00.000-07:00Robby was stubborn like that too, and sometimes he...Robby was stubborn like that too, and sometimes held it in for a long time as well, although never for quite that long. I don't really have any advise for you except to say that Robby did eventually grow out of it.

Good luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690351158527053116.post-59245447507972626362009-02-26T17:47:00.000-07:002009-02-26T17:47:00.000-07:00Ouch, you'd think she would have been in pain. It seems to be going well, my only complaint is that there isn't a lot of layout options, but I think I'm still going to love it.Yasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05398489303284629704noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690351158527053116.post-23005342548024677072009-02-26T00:20:00.000-07:002009-02-26T00:20:00.000-07:00Wow! At some point though, won't the bladder be more stubborn and DEMAND release? Have a similar problem with my 8-year-old son. He will only do #2 at home....there's going to be an accident!Mareehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05771268193885937211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690351158527053116.post-45195653594212032002009-02-25T05:13:00.000-07:002009-02-25T05:13:00.000-07:00Ooohh...that is a two edged sword. Bless her hear...Ooohh...that is a two edged sword. Bless her heart!! Some red heads are stubborn...I have two of them!!!!! I think these three girls have a headstrong streak in their personality that comes with the "redhead gene"! ;-) Just kidding...It'll probably be good in CTR decisions-they'll always stick to their values maybe!!!

Anyway, my only suggestion is maybe take her to a doctor and have him explain that it isn't safe for her to do that and that it could end up hurting her body. We dealt with something with Brynlee not too long ago (I'll tell you more on the phone) and also with her thumb and it didn't matter how many times we told her to stop, she wouldn't. The moment the pediatrician told her and the dentist told her, she was so much more obedient about it. It is a pain just to make an appointment for that but if you explain to the nurse beforehand (without Sophie hearing) maybe it would help. I don't know!! Hopefully it is just something small that she'll grow out of in time. Good luck! I am curious about suggestions you get. Maybe it would work with thumb sucking!!!
I love you!Kirstenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10286474228558037129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690351158527053116.post-312616021590120282009-02-24T22:03:00.000-07:002009-02-24T22:03:00.000-07:00I'm impressed that she held it for so long! On the bright side, her bladder will definately be bigger and she will probably never have bed wetting problems like Benji. That kid sometimes goes every 10 minutes.kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05920713684693867207noreply@blogger.com
